What Happens After You Enquire?
1. We'll be in touch quickly
We aim to respond to all enquiries within one working day — usually much sooner.

Once we've agreed a date and time you'll receive a booking confirmation by email.
3. We'll remind you before your appointment
You'll receive a reminder in advance of your visit and a notification 30 minutes before we arrive — so you're never left waiting around.
4. Certificate emailed on the day
After every chimney sweep or stove service your certificate will be emailed to you the same day.
